Can someone help me on checking account?
Hi, we have a family business checking account business .. (Parents run the company) .. and I am a signatory of the check. Now they have a holiday abroad, and they I want to write a check to pay for some after Christmas .. I am concerned that the current account does not have sufficient funds today (But someone a check deposit yesterday) to our account .. and I understand that there is a period of check clearing to appear on now, I'm worried because I will sign the check .. my parents are angry against me because I really do not want to sign … to be liable for bouncing check? it is a business account and check im one of the signatories. PS: I have my own job and I do not care not really about the family business. But they are plaiyng guilt trips. Please help me what to do
Ellen Good Job! You think …. give a call to the bank in the morning and whether the balance is sufficient to cover the check, otherwise, when the "hold" should be deleted. Now if you are mailing the check he won, t happen until the first Monday or Tuesday. So if it works with the release date hold, send it.
